The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to chat and offer recommendations. . the location was peaceful and had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. the food was delicious, especially the Sri Lankan dishes.
The hotel was quite far from the city center, making it inconvenient to explore the area. . the bathrooms were in need of renovation and were not well maintained.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the fact that the hotel arranged a pick-up service from the train station, which made our arrival hassle-free. The location of the hotel was also a major plus as it offered stunning views of the surrounding hills and mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the verandah and taking in the beautiful scenery. the food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious Sri Lankan and international dishes to choose from. The staff was also very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay.
That the pool was a bit small, especially considering the number of guests at the hotel. It could get crowded, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the swimming experience.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were perfect. The hotel provided parking facilities, making it convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions. The location of the hotel was close to nature, with amazing views of the surrounding hills and valleys. We were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery while still being close enough to visit all the attractions in this city.
Nothing that we didn't like.
